• If You believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the products, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and whatsapp a photo of the damaged product to our help desk @+91 90724 22227or email us at, mentioning Your order reference number within one day of receipt of the order. If You are unable to do so, We shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • If You receive a product that does not comply with the specifications as per Your original order, before we arrange for Your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us You are required to send us a photograph of the product immediately, then it is up to the discretion of the Customer Care Team to decide whether product is approved for return.
  • Products should be returned  to the address within one business day (along with a scan copy of the courier receipt) mentioned below in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages while in transit. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by our Customer Care Team in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. Once Your return is received, we will send You an email to notify You that we have received Your returned item and shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, the product may be replaced or other corrective measure may be taken to address the issue (such as repairing the product at our studio), which will be notified to You. If the complaint is frivolous or baseless, we reserve the right to take legal action against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Studded India in this regard including shipping costs.
  • Incase the product is out of stock, our Customer Care Team will get in touch with You and a refund request will be raised. For paid orders the refund will be processed directly into Your debit/credit card or online account. The money will reflect on Your card or in Your bank account within 15 to 30 working days from when the refund request was raised. For Cash On Delivery (COD) payments, there will be no refund given, as we received no payment.


  • If Studded India duly accepts a product returned, the value of said product, as originally paid by You will be refunded, if the product cannot be repaired or replaced. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order.
  • No Compensation Policy: If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by You through the Website did not meet Your expectations, no compensation will be given other than the refund or credit voucher or exchange of the product. If a customer has ordered more than one product, refund or exchange applies only to the defective piece and not the entire order.
  • The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control including delay caused by third party courier agencies; any ordinary, direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc. Requests for compensation, over and above the entitled refund, will be treated as loss to business cases. Studded India holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address or incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent or
    Package refused by recipient, other than for the product being damaged or defective or not as per order specifications.
  • Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making Your purchase. 
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition. 
  • Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and/or use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website. 
  • If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
  • Delay caused by courier agencies 
  • Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such a form as is determined by the logistics team.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If You haven’t received a refund yet, first check Your bank account again. Then contact Your credit card company, it may take some time before Your refund is officially posted. Next contact Your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of Your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to You later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about Your return.
